DMCA Policy | JazzMonthlyPackages.net
We write everything on this site ourselves, and we respect other people’s work the same way. If you think something on JazzMonthlyPackages.net steps on your copyright, here’s how to get it taken down.
Send a Takedown Notice
Email jazzmonthlypackages69@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Takedown Request” and include all of this:
- Your name and contact details (address, phone, email)
- What copyrighted work of yours is involved — describe it clearly
- The exact page URL(s) on our site where it appears
- A statement that you genuinely believe the use wasn’t authorized by you, your agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner
- Your signature (typed is fine)
We can’t act on incomplete notices, so please include everything. Valid ones get reviewed promptly, and we’ll remove or disable the material where it’s warranted.
Think We Got It Wrong?
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL(s) that were removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake, and your agreement to sort it out in your local courts if it comes to that. We’ll take another look and restore content where appropriate.
Repeat Offenders
Anyone who keeps posting other people’s copyrighted material will be blocked from the site permanently. We don’t do warnings on repeat.
One Clarification
Facts aren’t copyrightable. Package names, prices, data allowances, and USSD codes are public facts about commercial offers — quoting those isn’t infringement. Takedown requests should be about genuinely original creative work.
